WoW Detailers Company Policy

Welcome to WoW Detailers, a trusted auto detailing service provider located in Suwanee, GA. We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. This Policy page outlines the guidelines and standards that govern our operations and interactions with our valued customers. Please familiarize yourself with these policies to ensure a positive experience with our company.

1. Service Excellence: We strive for excellence in every aspect of our service delivery. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to providing high-quality auto detailing services using the latest techniques and products. We aim to meet and exceed your expectations, ensuring your vehicle receives the care and attention it deserves.

2. Appointment Scheduling: To ensure efficient service, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance. Walk-in customers will be accommodated based on availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the agreed-upon appointment time.

3. Pricing and Payment: Our pricing structure is transparent and competitive. Prices may vary depending on the type and condition of the vehicle. An accurate estimate will only be provided in person before initiating any work. A $50 advance payment will be collected for booking your appointment and would be adjusted against the balance payment. All payments are due upon completion of the service and can be made using cash, credit/debit card, or any other accepted payment methods.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate other customers. We strictly allow rescheduling once for the $50 advance payment made. Failure to provide sufficient/24hour notice or repeated cancellations may result in a cancellation fee and your advance payment of $50 would be considered as a cancellation fee and would become Non-refundable.

5. Vehicle Condition: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your vehicle, we request that you remove all personal belongings and valuable items from your vehicle before bringing it for detailing. WoW Detailers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our service, please inform us within 24 hours of the completion of the service, and we will make every effort to address your concerns promptly.

7. Environmental Responsibility: We are dedicated to reducing our environmental impact. We use eco-friendly products and follow environmentally responsible practices throughout our operations. Our goal is to provide outstanding service while minimizing any negative effects on the environment.

8. Safety and Liability: While we take utmost care during the detailing process, WoW Detailers will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damages or issues with the vehicle. Please inform us of any known concerns or special instructions regarding your vehicle beforehand.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy: We respect your privacy and will handle all personal and vehicle information provided to us with the utmost confidentiality. We will not share or disclose your information to any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

10. Customer Feedback: We value your feedback as it helps us improve our services. If you have any suggestions or concerns, please reach out to us directly. We will address your feedback promptly and strive to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED VALUABLES, PERSONAL ITEMS OR CHILD SEATS FROM THE TIME WE HAVE THE CAR IN OUR POSSESSION AND AFTER WE HAVE COMPLETED THE DETAILING SERVICE AND THE VEHICLE IS BACK IN THE OWNER’S POSSESSION. WE ENSURE WE TELL ALL OUR CUSTOMERS TO EMPTY THEIR CARS COMPLETELY BEFORE HANDING IT OVER TO US.

CHILD SEATS WILL NOT BE BUCKLED IN BY US AFTER THE CAR IS DETAILED AND RETURNED!!!!!

Location fee 12 Miles

Any vehicle 12 MILES AWAY from Birmingham MICHIGAN will be charged $35 on top of detail price

Excessive cleaning fee

All vehicles are ON CONDITION, $45 when a vehicle has the following: embedded sand, excessive staining on seats, carpet and headliner, crayon marks, hay, food, spilled drinks, vomit, pet waste, human waste, stained leather and shattered glass

Disclaimer

At WoW Detailers, vehicle prices may vary based on their condition. An estimate will be provided upon our team’s in-person assessment. Please remove personal items, valuables, and child seats from the vehicle. Trash can be left for disposal. If your vehicle is being picked up or dropped off, only leave the registration inside.

For detailed information, please refer to our policy page. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged valuables, personal items, or child seats once we have completed the detailing service and the vehicle is back in the owner’s possession.
